This dress is very comfortable to wear. It is not entirely flattering because the waist is not fully fitted. Perhaps one size down would have been a better fit, though I suspect it may have been a little too tight. I could simply be between sizes.

I liked but didn't love this skirt. I rented it for a University if Texas football game thanks to the burnt orange color, and it was perfect to wear with cowboy boots. I'd do that again. It is meant to be high waisted, which means I could put it on and position it over a little problem spot on my tummy which it tucked in. I suspect this is why other women thought it flattened their booties - there is a bit of shape control (I thought my bootie looked good!). The thing is, it doesn't stay where you put it. As you start to walk it will ride up. For me, it rode up all the way to my rib cage just an inch or two under my bra. This wasn't necessarily a bad thing but it obviously changes the fit and the look. Worn this way my bootie was BANGING. Maybe this means I wore the wrong size? Perhaps it was too tight over my hips and not tight enough over my waist?

My size fluctuates wildly between designers but never has a 0 been too big! It was baggy at the waist which made me lost my shape. The length was all the way down to my angle which was not as chic as I had hoped. Beautiful color and comfortable.

This is a lovely gown on the hanger but is shapeless when wearing. It completely eliminated any definition through my waist, hips, and butt. I typically wear a 2 or 4, and the 2 was quite roomy. I recommend ordering a size down for your backup size.

I typically wear a 2 or a 4, and this dress was at least two sizes too small for me. I could not even begin to zip it. Just be sure to order larger than usual and maybe get your back up size even bigger. I chose not to reorder it in a larger size because it was quite uncomfortable under the arms due to the detailing.

I would have tried on the 2R if it was available, but it was not so I went with the 4. The 4R was just about the perfect length at 5’6” with very high heels (around 4 inches) - maybe a tiny bit too long but just barely off the ground. I have small breasts, so I put on chicken cutlets to help fill the bust out. The cut and fabric is somewhat forgiving for a not-perfectly-flat tummy, though I chose to wear spanks. The problem then was the pantyline. The dress hugs your backside really nicely so you’ll probably be best in a thong or compression shorts if you want to go that route. I was very comfortable wearing the dress for around 6 hours. Would recommend!
