The dress was a great length, modest enough for a memorial service. Exactly what I needed after the first dress I ordered did not fit. The top however, is rather large and was almost too big without enhancing my bustline with gel inserts. This dress would be great for a woman who is larger chested than I am.

The vest that goes over the dress is much smaller than my 32" chest measurement. I have a very small upper body and I was not able to zip the vest at all. The skirt is also more sheer than it appears online. You will need a slip if you don't want to show your entire lower body. I was not able to wear the dress to the event as I had planned. I would recommend ordering a size up.
