Interesting dress
The material is raincoat like which does give it a nice thickness. It wraps in the back which sort of corsets you in a bit and created great structure and lines but the belt kept pulling awkwardly to one side.

Loved the shape
I wish I could have worn this. It was a great shape except for the button that pulled over my chest. The buttons there were spread far apart so opening it and having a cami underneath would have looked a little odd since it would have been so low.

Buttons and cropped
It is always a bit questionable with buttons over my bust. These pulled a little but the stupid cropped length (but not like a purposeful one so just awkward length) was more annoying to me. I want coverage out of a sweater.

Odd shaped bust
The straps were WAY too long and yet the chest portion was a bit tight even with the cinched back. Couldn't wear any type of bra (well probably backless which I didn't have with me on vacation) but even then it might show at the edge of the dress near the armpits.

Got compliments from some older generations after further speculation I felt this was a bit too "trad wife" for my taste. The picture is from a bad angle and I'm squatting a bit next to my kid but this was exactly knee length. It has a lot of volume to the skirt which was fun but again not my style. The cardigan also didn't show that the waist has a good cinch to it and with the wide skirt has a nice shape to it. Pockets were great!
