I'm a pretty consistent size 8 so it said to get a large and it was just really big at the waist trying to cinch it. I don't know if a medium would have been too tight at the chest if I sized down since I am built pretty hourglass. It was cute with black tights and a brown bootie

Expected fabric to have a little more give or flow. It's almost stiff so in the hips / butt area it just didn't fit. This item also arrived damaged unwearable so I couldn't use it

They were ok a little big in the waist - not as polished as I was hoping for.
I think this would be cuter for a casual saturday. I got them unlimited for work and wasn't blown away by them. They were on the big size. I usually can wear a 6 or an 8 but closer to an 8. Definitely would have worn a medium and been ok.

Fits well very traditional style floral midi dress popular in the 90s. Fabric is nice and flows. Has a good cut to snug in at the waist then flares out. I liked it would rent again.

Absolutely loved it - very low cut but sexy for hourglass figures
I wasn't sure about this at first but with the right bra and Spanx it fit like a glove. It's too low cut for a professional setting so I wore it to a Christmas party and it was perfect. Since the length is a little longer and it's long sleeve it helps offset the low cut. overall a fantastic little black dress for winter months

I wouldn't own a dress like this so it was fun to try. The slits are high if you wear it in a professional setting so I paired it with black tights and brown knee high boots. As another reviewer mentioned it is kind of snug in the tummy area so if your tummy isn't flat you will want some support there. Liked it enough to wear it but wouldn't be a regular rotation

As other reviewers said very thin and curve hugging if you are hourglass
It's cute it really is but because the material is so thin it just didn't feel like it fit as well as it could. If was form fitting if you are hourglass shaped. I paired it with tights and tan booties. The ties weren't the best in terms of getting in way while working. Rentable and likeable not something I would own or rent again . I'd say try it

I ended up not wearing this. I'm shorter and hours glass figure it ride really high on me. I thought I could size up but it would have been too big in the top then. I'd say rent with caution and definitely get a second back up size

Great dress for fall. Compliments galore. May want to do spanx. I'm short so length was good for work, if you are taller may want to do tights or may not be long enough for work (I'm pretty conservative though).
