The arms are a bit snug but it was overall a great fit
The jacket looks as it does in the pictures. The size runs slightly small in that the upper arm area was a bit snug for me. It fit perfectly combining it with a sleeveless shirt.

This dress was very comfortable, flattering and I received many compliments.
The fit was true to the size. The deep V cut neckline may be something to consider if you do not want something too revealing.
