The gown is quite form fitting and so you need to know that, it is a bit stiff but the color is just gorgeous. I wore it to a ball in June, but I could imagine it would be spectacular at a Christmas or Holiday event.

The color is gorgeous deep cobalt blue. I had read that you might need help with the zipper and that was true! It has a full skirt so going up and downstairs is a bit tricky. I am 5'5 and a half and wore heels which I needed to keep skirt from dragging. Another happy experience for me with RTR.

I received both the 10 and the 12. They both fit, but the 10 was a little snug across the bust, so I went with the 12. I added a pretty shawl as the day was rather cool, but it was a great dress.

I had originally chosen another dress, but one of the sizes was suddenly unavailable. The dress I chose to wear was flattering, great color and flattering drape with lovely druffle at the neckline. I really appreciated the other choices I was provided and it turned into a very happy event.

I wear dresses between and 8 and 12. This is a form fitting dress so I needed the 12 through my hips. The color is a deep blue almost purple in color. It needs no embellishment but chandelier earrings are perfect to show off the wonderful details at the shoulders. I did find that the hook and eyes at the back top of the dress, came undone several times during the evening, and that was a bit annoying , but other than that...it was a gorgeous and unusual dress.
