No stretch
I am usually a 31 with or without stretch and I had to lay on the bed to get these on and I couldn’t keep them on long, but they are very cute!

Fit perfect, if you want a little more wiggle room size up, there was not a ton of stretch. The dress was very chic and got lots of compliments. However it is short, do not bend over!
