Retro but not in a fun way
The material reminded me of old curtains and the silhouette didn’t do anything for my figure.

Nice formal outer layer
Rented to wear over a formal dress for an outdoor wedding. It’s a nice dark (almost black) green. Kept me warm and got lots of compliments!

Pleasantly surprise by this dress - it was perfect for an outdoor formal wedding. Hit just at the ankles, so not exactly gown length on taller people. It has a nice lining and the skirt moves beautifully for dancing. It’s a little low cut but it didn’t feel inappropriate. Recommend a sticky bra and fashion tape. I just wish the waist was a bit more cinched for extra shape.

Interesting design and very sexy. The pattern gives a nice hourglass illusion even tho I’m not that curvy. Went with another dress because this one felt a bit summery for the winter wedding but would rent again in the future.

I’m a little surprised by all the reviews saying this dress was too short. I’m 5’8 and didn’t feel that way. Worked well for a nice dinner with tights and boots.

Unwearable
Let me preface by saying that I own several Reformation pieces and am familiar with the fit. I'm tall so was fully prepared to show some leg with this one. But not only is this dress incredibly short, the inner lining didn't reach all the way making the last three inches or so see-through (you can see this a teeny bit in photo). Absolutely unwearable.

Terrible fit
Fit me like a paper bag. I ordered my usual size (4) and honestly thought they sent me the wrong size at first. It was so loose that it was in danger of falling right off with the sleeves down. Nothing like the model photos.

Don't trust RTR great fit - get your usual size
Beautiful dress, great color and movement. Unfortunately I could not wear it because I ordered a size 0, which RTR recommended as a great fit. It wasn't. Super tight on the chest.

Crowd pleaser
I was a bit disappointed when I first put this dress on. It's very form fitting, even at a 6 (usually a 4). But everyone else seemed to love it. I got endless complements at my event. The color is great and definitely stood out among a lot of navy and black. The back is very sexy thanks to the high slit and cutout. Good rental overall.

Dress for ants?
I'm usually a solid 2. After reading reviews, I sized up. A 4 wouldn't even fit over my head. It also looked super short but who knows because I couldn't put it on. Perhaps there was a zipper I missed. Either way, size way up!

Gaps in front
The good news -- this pieces is well made and easy to wear. A great summer look. BUT there isn't enough fabric in the lower layer. Considering how heavy the skirt is overall, it's really odd. You end up with a slit on the left side that shows a lot of leg. It doesn't seem like others were bothered by this, so maybe it's just my ocd.

Americana perfection
This was not available in a 4 or 6 so I decided to squeeze myself into a 2. It's gorgeous and perfect for the 4th of July. A real vintage Americana feel. Besides being tight (my own fault) my biggest complaint is that it wrinkles like crazy as soon as you sit down. Also -- you cannot really wear a bra with this due to the low cut . Overall --if you want a fun vintage look this romper is for you!

RED HOT work attire
I rented this dress for work and while I absolutely love it, it's a little on the short side. May not be appropriate for all offices. Didn't come with a ribbon at the collar either. The pattern is a little bit like camouflage which i did not expect. Bottom line - perfect day to night dress. Wear it to work and then treat yourself to happy hour!
