This dress fits like a glove! I am small chested so the key hole in the front didn't bother me at all. The cut-out in the back was a lot of fun, but also meant a lot of people accidentally touched my back. I loved the length of this dress as it made it more elegant and refined. Wore it to a southern wedding; lots of mothers and my mother in law loved this dress!

I rented this for my rehearsal dinner for my spring Southern wedding. It was not appropriate for the candlelit affair, but it is a gorgeous dress. I ended up wearing it the day of my wedding to my hair and makeup appointments. It is very light and comfortable. The cotton material has a great texture to it, like a crimping. It is a very fun dress. When I sat down, the straps of the dress rose above my shoulders, which means it may work better for slightly longer torsos. (I have a short torso.)

This dress is gorgeous. I have never worn sequins before, but this dress converted me. The gold sequins are in a design with lots of black as well, so the effect is like a sparkly tapestry almost. The dress has black trim. It fit perfectly-- felt like it was made for me. I didn't notice the sequins scratching my underarms, like some other reviews noted. I did think the dress was a tiny bit stale, but it may be difficult to clean because of the sequins. Wore this for my bachelorette and felt like a celebrity!

I wore this for the first night of my bachelorette weekend. I had tried the size 2 on at the DC RTR popup shop, and it was so comfortable and attractive- just a smidgen big. This dress checks off a lot of requirements for me- great fit, modest but sexy, thick and soft material. The black textured tulle swirls are sewn on top of a gray layer, which feels almost like sweatshirt material. It was freezing in NYC when I wore this, but I felt confident and not over-exposed.

I rented this dress for my maid of honor to wear to my bachelorette party in NYC. She doesn't go out very often, and I wanted to her to have a comfortable party dress. This dress was lovely and is high quality. However, we had to use safety pins to hold the fabric at the shoulders higher up so her cleavage wasn't exposed. My friend favors preppy, conservative styles. This dress needed safety pins for the extra fabric on the front, and fashion tape for the lowest part of the V neck. Her strapless bra also showed in the back. It's a great dress, but don't choose it if you have a smaller chest and aren't comfortable showing some skin.

I wasn't able to wear this necklace with my red, one should Halston Heritage dress. While it has thick strains of gold chains and pearls, it was too short, drawing attention away from the dress and shortening the line from my ear to my shoulder. It is also very heavy, which is not a bad thing, but it changes the tone of a dress from classic and dramatic to a bit trendier.

I had to send this one back, unfortunately. The fabric is incomparable, honestly. The pleats make this shift dress very boxy with no slimming cut at all. I wear a 0 and looked very large (pregnant even) in this dress. I may have gotten the wrong size, but the sleeves and the shoulders fit in the 4. I didn't want sausage arms in the 2. It's also very short and rides up easily.

Pros: the color is much more a true red, scarlet, than the orange in the picture. It's darker and more sumptuous. The silk is soft and lovely. Easy to iron if wrinkled from shipping. Tight on the back (butt) and loose and nicely draped on the front. Cons: needed to wear a slip as the silk is a bit too light (even with the lining of the dress) over my bum. I'm a size 0, 115 lbs and almost bought Spanx for this dress. Added bonus of wearing a slip was that when the front of the dress blew open and flashed some upper thigh, I was covered.

I adored the color of this dress. I was delighted to rent it for a traditional (WASPy) Southern wedding. The classic cut of the dress was stunning and a great nod to vintage styles. I'm petite (5'3") and small chested (32A). The straps were too long on me sadly. It made me look short and wide in the photos, unfortunately. This would be marvelous on a taller, curvier woman.

I rented this for a black tie North Carolina country club wedding. I adore the print which had dove grey, turquoise, and rose stripes running through it. It fit my small check very well. I only tugged at it out of habit, but the bodice is made and fits very well. One thing to note: the dress is very sheer. Nude underthings are must with this!

I attended a gorgeous, black-tie, autumnal wedding and wore this dress. It is more navy than black. It is stunning, a knock-out for a formal affair. I wore it with a chunky, mixed material pink necklace, black tights, and pumps. The dress speaks for itself, is confident, and glamorous. The next was high and touched the base of my neck, but it was not uncomfortable. I've worn Milly to two black-tie weddings and loved both dresses. I could dance in this without tugging at anything or flashing anything. I received a ton of compliments. I wanted to buy this online and was delighted when RTR had it available.

I adore this dress. It was stunning at the September wedding, where I wore it. The fabric is like a brocade- the orange and fuchsia blossoms look even better in person.
