Just tried it on
Ek, so it's TIGHT. No zipper on the back or the side. When you do get this on it's not only tight, but also felt like someone was chocking me. I have a fairly curvy figure, so it's more suited if you're slim or athletic. It just wore awkwardly on me.

The top is good if you have a short torso. The straps are adjustable, but there's not enough fabric in the front to not have it run up every few seconds. I thought a blazer might solve the issue, but it just didn't work.

Easy to wear transition shirt for work to night.
Great fit. Not tight on the arms or anywhere. Looks great when tucked in, although there's not enough fabric for the tuck to always hold. Color and print is very fun.
