This dress is certainly pretty, but the cut and fit just did not work for me. I selected the dress because it looked like a "straight and narrow" shape, which usually works well for my body type (I store all my weight in the tummy and chest, with narrow hips and zero booty). When this dress arrived, however, it was very generous through the butt and thighs and very tight in the tummy (though the 4R accommodated my large chest fine.) I also found the dress to be rather long compared to other size 4R maxis and gowns I've rented from RTR. This could look great on someone who is put together differently (someone with a waist!) but sadly I didn't get to wear it. Also, the material wrinkles very easily. So, minus one star for the fit and one for the material. Great color and tasteful but unique design, though!

I rented this dress for an outdoor summer wedding in Maine. It is hands down my favorite rental to date. It's comfortable, flattering, and the drape is just PERFECT. The rental price is high but worth it, IMO. I am top heavy with narrow hips and the the dress fell just right (though there's certainly room for more booty than I have to offer). I got compliments all night, and danced comfortably. The back is incredible, and the dress is so subtly sexy you will stand out and look effortless. If you're on the fence about this dress, just do it. You won't regret it! (I loved this dress so much I just rented it for a second time! Would buy it if I could!)

I rented this dress for a summer wedding in Washington, DC. The material is of high quality and looks expensive, but also has some stretch to it so you can move around. (The element of stretch also allows this dress to accommodate multiple body shapes). I am top-heavy with narrow hips and I found this dress to accommodate my chest without swallowing up my small hips, which I really appreciated! There's some cleavage and some leg, but not too much of either, so it's appropriate for more formal or family oriented occasions. Overall a good rental and a pretty dress! The only reason I'm not go oh five stars is the dress looked like it had seen quite a few rentals and so it wasn't in pristine condition, and the pockets on the dress are sort of random and weird IMO.

I rented this for my office black tie Christmas party. The dress is flattering, and does a fair bit to hug you in and show off your curves (although shapewear helps too!) The material has a lot of stretch , which means this dress can accommodate many body types, and the long sleeves make an elegant statement (and are a bonus in winter). The print is also pretty and unexpected, and it's a major bonus that you can wear a regular bra. Finally, the hint of a train is really pretty and feminine, without getting in your way. I deducted one star because the quality of the material--although the stretchiness is a plus, it also dilutes the richness of the print a bit in those places where the material is, in fact, stretching. Nevertheless, I recommend this dress overall.
