Bought this for work.
The fit is extremely tight, both in the torso/hips and the arms. Couldn't make it work for me.

The fit is perfect, the shape is perfect. It's a nice lightweight Spring/Summer piece and I would wear this a lot if it were in my closet.

The fit is spot on, but I thought this was going to be more sweatshirt material versus a knitwear piece. I still thought it was cute, but it wasn't my favorite because of the fabric.

Runs small
So far most items I've gotten from RTR have been awesome and this dress is absolutely gorgeous but definitely runs small. I wasn't able to get it zipped across my chest so wasn't able to wear it. I loved the look though so I'd consider sizing up and trying again.

Fit is true to size. Great length and the sleeves are on the longer side which I know some people prefer. I thought the trim was white but it's actually silver. It's a little different with the high neck and tie, but really a cute work piece.
