This dress is much better in person. The fabric is very nice. I loved this dress, except for one issue. The elastic band at the waist was twisted inside and would cause the waistband to flip up in the front. I'd have to stay aware and pull it down often. Other than that, it was a terrific dress.

Based on other reviews, I went up a size when I ordered. I should have gone up 2 sizes (or maybe 3). Couldn't get a middle snap (at waistband) closed. (YIKES!) Very disappointing, because it looked really cute apart from that.

For me is ran a little big in the bust, but tight through the hips. I'm a 36B and have put on a little weight over the holidays that have landed on my hips. I've never worn an 8 before (I've always been a 6) but with the extra weight gain and since this is a sheath style, it made sense. In all honesty, a size 10 would have fit better in the hips. I wore it to a black tie event and received compliments all evening. Although it was tight in the hips, I was comfortable and felt confident.

I rented the 42R with a 44R back up. I'm normally a size 4 and can lean towards a size 6. The 42R fit very well, although it was a little tight across my ribcage (I have a large ribcage). I did not have to wear a bra with the dress and felt very secure all night.

First of all, this is a great kelly green color. That's what drew me to the dress. The fabric is nice and what girl doesn't appreciate having pockets in a dress? The keyhole closure make it impossible to wear a necklace, so I chose bold earrings and chunky gold bracelets/bangles and some bright slingback heels. Overall, it was perfect for a 2:30pm wedding. I received lots of compliments on the color. I am a brunette with hazel eyes. Green is always a good choice and this green is very, very fun. Personally, I hated the fact that the seams around the bustline showed through the fabric. It was not as clean of a silhouette as I would have liked. I tried everything to smooth out the seams underneath, but they still appeared bunched up. Also, in hindsight I should have added a thin belt. Still, it was a comfortable dress.

Great statement piece. I paired this necklace with kate spade's Celina dress in fuchsia. It made a beautiful outfit and I received compliments all night. This piece makes a bold statement and is a quality piece, but isn't heavy. Frankly, I wasn't aware that I was wearing it unless someone made a comment or I caught a glimpse of it in a mirror. It is very comfortable.

Great dress and a fun, attention-getting fuchsia color. I am 5'5 , 128 lbs and 36B. The size 4 fit me to a tee! I wore bright green sling backs and a cardigan (which I removed when the party moved outside) along with a Kate Spade cream color statement necklace. I received compliments all evening and continue to receive compliments when people see photos. Since renting the dress, I have purchased it from Kate Spade. RTR has excellent customer service and the process could not be easier.

I wore this bib necklace with the black/cream Kate Spade Hole In One dress. Absolutely perfect! Great weight. Great quality. Received lots and lots of compliments.

I rented a size 4 and had a size 6 as a back up since I had not worn the Kate Spade brand before. The size 4 was perfect for my 5'5, 127 lb frame. I really should have found a thin belt to wear with this dress. It would have looked so much better. Although it didn't seem so in person, in photos I looked a little thick in the middle. A belt would have helped. I accessorized with the Kate Spade Cobblestone Bib Necklace, a bright cardigan and bright colored pumps. One of the lingerie straps was missing from the dress and the hook and eye closure under my arm was bent and really killed by the end of the night.. Overall, a great dress. I received a lot of compliments and actually want to purchase this dress from Kate Spade.
