Rarely do you get to use 'crop top' and 'elegant' in the same sentence, but this subtly sexy piece truly is both. With a shorter, striped shell layered over a longer sheer panel, this top gave the illusion of a conservative crop, hitting at the waist without actually showing any skin. The underlayer is ultra flattering, skimming over the midsection with just the barest glimpse of skin. As a petite, the sheer panel hit below my butt, making it office appropriate in a more creative/ laid back workplace. I wore this from work straight to the US Open and it transitioned beautifully.

This is a stunning dress. Absolutely gorgeous in person. The fit is odd though...it runs quite large in the chest and shoulders- so much so that it was impossible to wear without a very padded bra and tape. I even had to cinch the shoulders with a hair tie at the wedding #ghetto. It's not an easy dress to wear if you are petite... that said, it's a beautiful dress and I can't bring myself to give it less than 4 stars. Vanity sizing is in full effect here so definitely size down. I'm very rarely a size 0, but this was the most generous size 0 I've ever worn.

This is a beautifully constructed dress, and nicer than it appears in photos, but it runs a bit large in the chest and shoulder area. I'm narrow through my chest and torso and I have a good two inches of extra material on either side of the dress. As someone with a curvier lower body, I'm not always a 0, but I really wish I sized down. It's a lovely fit through the hips and butt, but the top isn't ideal for someone with a more petite upper body.

I am in LOVE with this jacket!! The leather is so soft and buttery, the detailing is subtle and dare I say...delicate, which I love (I'm not trying to join a biker gang, right?) and the fit is perfect. I have tiny shoulders and most leather jackets look weird boxy on me- not this one! It hangs perfectly. I got compliments from actual strangers on the subway, which is saying a lot because literally every other woman in NYC owns a leather jacket and no one is ever in a good mood on the subway. But this one is just... so ladylike and elevated and refined. It's the Amal Clooney of leather jackets. I'm actually sad it's getting warmer outside because I want to live in this.
