Awkwardly cut and unflattering
This fabric of this dress truly has no stretch at all. In the photo, I'm wearing the XL. The dress was too long for my body and the result was that it bunched up around my waist. It probably would have looked okay if I had pulled it down and stood perfect still, but I was going to a wedding so obviously that wasn't going to happen. The shoulder strap is tighter at its seams than in the center, which made it feel funny to wear. I wouldn't recommend this unless you're slim.

Forgot I rented these and was pleasantly surprised
These earrings were lightweight and absolutely gorgeous. They added a really subtle sophisticated element to my outfit. I usually take earrings out before the end of the night because I'm not used to wearing them, but I didn't notice these at all. Would love to buy these when they get retired.

My only regret is not getting a good photo of me in the dress!
This dress was great. Not my favorite of all time, but an excellent option. I was kind of worried about the fit because I'm a very round-shaped person, but it looked so good that I might seriously rent it again for another friend's wedding. The leafy lace is SO nice and didn't snag on anything. I weighed more like 160 lbs on the day of the wedding, so I ended up wearing the XL. The L fit ok, but the XL just skimmed over everything smoothly. I carry a lot of weight in my belly, but I wore some pretty basic shaping shorts (nothing too constricting) and the dress looked flawless. Even with the straps being adjustable, they were a little long for me and when I was sitting at dinner, I could see the top of my bra when I looked straight down. You could definitely pin them, as I've seen other people suggest.

Just OK
The fabric was a good thickness, but unlike other reviewers, I found this had an unflattering effect of highlighting my squishier bits. Ended up wearing with spanx. It was fine but nobody was particularly impressed and didn't get a single compliment. If I were to rent it again, I'd wear it to something like a work event rather than a social event. Even though I dressed it up, it felt a little lifeless.

Even my glitter-hating boyfriend loved this purse
This purse was so adorable and played off the color of my dress beautifully. The only con is that it's just a bit too small. Here what I wanted to put in it: an iPhone 7 in a slim case, an ID, 2 credit cards, a sample size lip pencil, a couple of dollar bills, and a tampon. I couldn't get it to close with all those items in it, so the lip pencil & cash ended up in my boyfriend's jacket pocket for the night. He usually hates glittery things, but even he thought the purse was gorgeous and mentioned it while I was getting ready!

Loved everything about this beautiful necklace
For how much glitz and sparkle you get, this necklace is surprisingly lightweight. It has enough heft to it that it stayed put while I danced, but it's light enough that as soon as it was clasped, I didn't think about it again until the end of the night. It was hard to send this one back! Loved it, would absolutely love to wear it again, given the occasion.

Gorgeous dress, but the devil's in the details
I wore this to my last Barrister's Ball, which is like a prom for law students. I was getting compliments all night and felt gorgeous in this dress. The photos can't do the color of this dress justice -- it's amazing in person. I rented both the 10R and the 12R. I could get them both to zip, but went with the 12 because it was easier to move in. The biggest con was the top of the dress. The material is so heavy that it pulls the dress and brings the inner lining at the top outward. I tried to secure it fashion tape, but that failed so I just had to live with it. I think the only person who really noticed was me. It IS a heavy dress. No height of heel can change that the dress has a train, so be prepared to pick that up at some point during the night. It wasn't the most comfortable formal gown I've ever worn and the material has no forgiveness at all. I wasn't happy with the shapewear I bought so I ended up just wearing it with dancer's tights, so you could see the shape of my belly a bit, but that's just my body and I'm OK with that. Overall, I'm very happy with my choice, but if I had to choose something again, I might go for a dress that's a little easier to maneuver in. I think this dress would be better suited to a gala with a dinner more than a cocktail style affair where you're on your feet the whole time.

Pretty bangle, but large on small wrists
My wrists are on the smaller end and my hands have been described (numerous times) as child-sized, so the bangle was a little large on me. It was pretty and a fun addition to my outfit.

Beautiful necklace - wore it for days!
The necklace was absolutely gorgeous and exactly as pictured. It had the weight you would expect, but I wouldn't consider it heavy. I wore it to a wedding and got a lot of compliments on it. It was a great complement to my emerald sheath dress and plunging neckline. I wore for the next few days as well, because why not? So I wore it to brunch, to sightseeing, and eventually to the UPS mailbox.

Didn't get the chance to see them.
My mom received the package for me (I was traveling) and could not find the earrings in the packaging. She found them after I'd left, so I never saw them in person. She said they were pretty, lightweight, but very large. I was disappointed to have missed out.

Too big & too long
The reviews said to rent up a size, and I did but the dress was enormous. I wore it out to dinner the night before, but it was far too large and quite disappointing. It was an unusual shape as well, and did not sit nearly as symmetrically as the stock photo shows. The hem hit slightly below my knees; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone short.

Flatterimg and comfortable all day & night for an August wedding!
This dress was SO incredibly comfortable. It fit perfectly, to boot. I'm (very) large chested and it was snug where it needed to be, without being the least bit constricting. This included several hours of dancing and eventually climbing a 24ft scaffolding. I'm 5'4 and the length was just ideal. Everyone ADORED this dress on me; it was superbly flattering. Mid-August outdoors in Maryland means blazing sun and high humidity, but I was totally comfortable all day and danced for hours on end. Really just a delightful, fun, young-but-sophisticated-enough dress. Notes: 1. The size I wore was the appropriate size for me at the time. 2. The belt could not be found at the warehouse and I ended up borrowing a similar one from my sister, but liked it better without.
