The necklace was exactly what I needed for an event at a country club. My only critique is that the strands of the necklace were actually closer together than they appear in the picture. However, since I'm petite it actually worked out for the best. Overall, the necklace cannot be described as hip or funky but sophisticated and will not overpower a dress.

I needed a conservative dress in regard to neckline and sleeve length so this dress fit the bill. The color of the dress was amazing and the varied hemline added a nice twist. However, the dress only seemed to highlight my figure in photos taken straight on and not when my body was slightly turned on an angle. I would recommend adding a statement necklace since that helped me pull the outfit together.

The regular length worked great with 2 inch heels that I didn't have to worry about tripping over the dress. There was a train that I had to lift as I walked up stairs. The boning in the bodice kept the dress up and I didn't have to worry about it falling down. It was slightly tight around the ribcage but it helped give me some cleavage.
