This dress worked out perfectly for my boyfriends 10 year work anniversary dinner. Totally fit true to size with plenty of room to breathe. Length was perfect and didn't ever feel too short. Wore with plain black heels- arm holes were plenty big and didn't feel too snug- I sometimes have difficulty with sleeves because I have broad shoulders and rather muscular biceps but this fit was perfect and very flattering.

This was my first RTR experience and I was so happy with this dress. I actually ordered down a size for a backup but felt it ran true to size and went with my normal size. The fabric is pretty stretchy so both sizes would have worked. It is definitely short which I was ok with for this particular event. You can wear with a normal bra and I was even able to wear black spanx because the fabric is pretty think so you don't need to worry about anything being see through at all. Overall a great experience - very comfortable.
