RTR is very responsible and reliable.
My original dress that I have ordered was lost by UPS I call the next day to RTR and they responded right the way . I have to peek up another dress and unfortunately because of the last minute there was not too many choices. I have peeked this dress but it was not happy with it. The dress runs small and it's too short. So the whole evening I felt very uncomfortable.

I feld like a real "lady in red" . So many compliments!!!! Love it .. Love it!!!
It was my firs time that I've rented the dress . I was a little nervice , but when I got the dress I was so happy .!!!! Will rent it again.
