Didn't work on me
Wish I liked this as much as everyone else-- I've seen 2 coworkers in it that looked great. It was neither oversized or fitted on me, more like a bit boxy. I wouldn't rent again, but if I did I'd probably size up to lean more into the oversized look. I love the print and fabric and did receive a couple compliments on it. I styled it with a white tank and dark denim, and cuffed the sleeves.

Super warm. Too warm.
I live in Chicago and live in chunky knits, turtlenecks, and coats that go past my knees. I rented this in February (ie the dead of winter) and it was WAYYYYY too warm to wear around the office. I literally changed into a T-shirt halfway through the day because I was sweating so much in this. The warmth was great for being outside in subzero wind chill (with coat) but it was just too thick and insulated for indoors. Weird. The fit didn't do me any favors either.

So good
I was a little underwhelmed when this first arrived. Then I put it on and it immediately grew on me! It's so fun and flattering. I wore it to work (casual startup) and got multiple compliments. Note that it does have some sequins. I'm usually between a small and medium in jackets and the small fits perfectly. It has a silky interior and breathes pretty well-- I wore this in 55-60 degree weather over a tank and was comfortable.

Fun jacket
Fun jacket-- the waist is cinched and the rest is voluminous, including the sleeves. It wasn't particularly flattering on my body type, so I returned it after a week. I also got the feeling this was an older item.. it smelled a bit.

Perfect lightweight sweater
This looks great tucked into dark high waisted jeans. Slimming and form fitting, yet the fabric is just thick enough to be a bit forgiving. The only downside is that the tops of the shoulders were a bit stretched out from the hanger.

Nice for winter
Super warm sweater, great for Chicago winters. Loved the lavender color. The sleeves were too wide, almost like a balloon sleeve but not quite. It was unflattering. Fine to wear once but won't be renting again.

Super flattering, super small.
This is a beautiful dress that flatters the waist/hips like crazy, creating an hourglass shape. As everyone else has mentioned, it runs very small. I'm normally a 2. I was on the fence about wearing the 4 until right before my event-- it was just so tight on me that I was seriously concerned I was going to split it at some point during the night. I was picturing a potentially mortifying moment! The waist and hips were very tight which I had read in reviews here, but I want to add that the bust was tiny as well. I'm a 34DD and there was no way I could wear a bra of any sort with this. It flattened me out and caused some spillage over the top. There is no give in the material. I did have to take it off every time I went to the bathroom, and long strides were a no-no. Despite how uncomfortably tight this dress was, I felt beautiful and slimmed down in it and received compliments from strangers all night. And the dress never split thankfully!

Flirty dress was perfect for a summer wedding
I'm between 3 and 4 stars-- I loved the style but the fit left something to be desired. I wore this dress to a summer wedding and it was hard not to ~twirl everywhere I walked. I'm 5'7 and 130 pounds with a 26.5-inch waist, long torso, large bust, and small butt. I ordered my usual size 2 as well as a 4 for backup. The 2 was very tight across my thighs (the material has no stretch) but loose across my waist. The 4 was less tight across my thighs and looser still in the waist area. I ended up going with the 4 because even though it was a bit loose, it was the more flattering of the two. The dress was shorter than I expected (both the train length and the skirt). The bust fit well in both sizes and I just wore breast petals underneath.
