Love, love this dress! I rented this dress for a friend's wedding in July, in Wilmington NC. I was in the bridal party, she had requested that all the ladies wear lace, for it to be a shade of coral (one of her colors) and for it to be cocktail length. This Nicole Miller was perfect. It was very flattering, not to tight (I am fairly petite in frame) and was very breathable in the hot southern weather. I could also move around in it all day/night comfortably, there was enough stretch for me to dance it in and to have that extra slice of pie/cake ;). For reference it hit roughly 3 inches above my knees (I'm 5'3") and I wore 3" nude strappy heels. I could have worn the S but the XS fit better around the shoulders/upper back area for me, likely because of my smaller bust.

This was my back up option (I went with my first choice), the dress was fun but not the right style I wanted for my event. Overall fit was a bit big but that was expected for this type of dress - I went with an XS but could have very easily worn an XXS. The color of the dress is great, some blue mixed in the pattern that isn't quite visible from the photo. The only downside, which you also can't tell from the photo is that the slit on the side starts very high.

I rented this dress for a formal event (black tie optional). I ordered both the 0R and the 2R. Unlike a lot of other reviewers, I thought my normal size (0) was very tight. I'm fairly petite (5'3, 110 lbs) but also very toned / athletic for my size. I could zip up the size 0 but felt it was just too tight in the mid-section and butt area - this is not a dress that is very forgiving, very body conscious. I ended up wearing the 2, even though the top half was a little loose. Like others have mentioned, the color of the dress is darker than the photo makes it look but I love deep, jewel tones. The material was also heavier than I thought it would be but that was a good thing, as my event was in early February. I ended up wearing 4 inch platforms and the dress still dragged in the back but that was because there is a slight train. Received lots of compliments, overall great RTR experience.
