Perfect dress for a conservative black tie. The blue pops so you're not too boring
In normal clothes I'm a size 2, in designer dresses I usually end up having to go with a size 4. The 2R was a little big in the bust and waist region, so if you're having trouble deciding between a 2 and 4, go with a 0 and 2.
