Wore this to a friend's religious wedding that was black tie and also partly outside (in February in NY). Gorgeous and classic, got a lot of compliments on it and felt beautiful in it. I had so much fun dancing in it and it's definitely a structured dress in the torso - not a lot of stretch to it. One tricky thing is the clasp in the back behind the neck, which I couldn't do up on my own and had to ask someone to help with. Other reviews said to size down, so I got a backup smaller size which was too small. I'd say go with your regular size.

Got this as a backup dress for a wedding but ultimately didn't wear. Gorgeous, stretchy, comfortable, quite long - definitely would need heels and to lift it when going up stairs so as not to trip. The XS was the right size for me (the S didn't fit correctly), but the dress was definitely not as loose/baggy as it looks in the model picture. Not too heavy.
