I wasn’t able to wear this dress to our event because the hip area where the second tier starts is so oddly tight! I’m a 28 in jeans so I don’t feel like I have especially wide hips, but I felt like I was about to bust the seam on the medium and large while the top portion was large on both. I could have done a small had that weirdly tight band not been there… I wish the band at the second tier was stretchy like the rest of the dress, it would have been perfect if so!

LOVED this dress so much I went to Likelys website and bought a blue version. I wore it to charity function for St. Jude and it was perfect. My only complaint would be my itty bitty titties were a wee bit small for the top so I felt like I had to pull it up all night. I dont feel like that would have happened if I had not misplaced my strapless bra, which would have helped keep it up lol. Otherwise it was PERFECT, it was modest enough for the crowd but also super cute.
