I am 5'6, 125lb and 36c. I ended up wearing size 6R. I have a wide back so I could not zip size 4 up. The length was perfect with four inch heels. The dress is definitely a show stopper and I got a ton of compliments. Couple of things to consider: material is thick and not silky like it may seem from the pictures; no bra was necessary since the corset is attached to the top but just like couple of other reviewers mentioned the wire kept poking my rib cage. I also had to steam the skirt. Overall, one of the best dresses I have ever rented and if you want to be noticed - that's the dress to rent.
