I loved this and I kept it. Size 6 would’ve been a better fit. Size 8 was a little baggy in the mid section. I’m 36A, 30 in waist, 40 inch hip.

This is not a dress- it’s a beach/swim coverup. The skinny straps fall down. It’s not the best piece but I love the color.

Frumpy
If you have a flat belly or no level of care of the belly area, or if you are long and lean, this may look cute as a skirt. Not my case. I found the material heavy and bulky in the flowy part, and that was unflattering when worn as a dress. Way too country for me.
