Pretty but high maintenance dressing
Lightweight, summery and fun. BUT you will need another person to help you deal with the backless tie to this frock- resulting in a deduction. If you have a wardrobe person on staff simply return the 5th star.

Slightly snug but fit the work vibe

What a gorgeous piece but I couldn’t even zip it up…and it was out of alignment anyway. Really sad I couldn’t wear this- it’s literally 2-3 sizes off.

Decent work dress
Paired with a sweater I love this dress. It added some tiny illusion of heft to the waistline so the fit is not perfectly flattering. However, with the right cardigan it’s a definite win!

Too large and boxy with no form, felt like a Vaudeville sideshow prop, not a career piece! This was a sloppy at best look. It was the beautiful color that drew me to pick it but Wow - gasp!

Gorgeous color - those straps though!
Color and unique fabric are complement city. Wish RTR carried more pieces in dusty rose color. Walking down 5th Avenue someone stopped me to say “great dress” The fit is snug so prepared to have spanx if you’re a tummy girl and the underarm area is a little too low; the straps would be gorgeous if they’d actually stayed on. These large straps have no homebase and it was a major flaw - one that caused me to pair with a jacket in absolute desperation. I couldn’t find fashion tape last minute so that might have been a solution.
