The shape of this dress was so unique I had to try it.
The dress code for the wedding was formal & the venue trendy so I wanted something that would feature a reserved cut with a little something extra. The color is vibrant and the length is fine for someone who doesn't mind showing a bit of leg. My favorite feature was the cape sleeve which is actually quite expansive in person. You may choose to pin the back to keep from looking too much like a bird of paradise. It was perfect for my occasion so I didn't have to bring anything to cover my shoulders in the church and it was very comfortable for all of the eating and dancing that followed. I think would look best on a long and lean silhouette that isn't in the mood for anything clingy.

Understated & fun!
Perfect for an early fall wedding, though it did get a bit warm as the evening progressed. I recommend it for anyone who, like me, prefers to show either a good deal of leg or shoulder area /bust, but not both at the same time! The fabric did not cling and created a flattering silhouette. Sized up for a bit of extra length because of my height.
