It is a very nice dress, and I had fun wearing it. The material was just kind of heavier than I imagined, like more 60s style than I'd pictured. The dress felt like very good quality though.

I guess that's what you get when it's a surprise, but I just really didn't like the earrings they sent and didn't think they went with the dress at all. I didn't wear them and just sent them back. Oh well.

I wore this to a wedding and got lots of compliments. If anything it runs a little big, but not too much. I am 5'6" and was worried that it might be too short, but it wasn't. I also thought it was actually very comfortable.
