This dress was perfect on my daughter (5' 6", 130 pounds) for a special event at her high school.
Pros it fit well, was high quality, comfortable, and did not require "fussing."

A fancy company Christmas party that I have enjoyed for 16 years.
I didn't wear this dress once I tried it on. I should have known from "glitz" in the name, but for me this was over-to-top glittery. I don't know how I didn't get that it was shoulder to toe sequins, but the photo doesn't do justice to the sparkle. This is well-made, a little short for a long, and very shiny. If that's what you are looking for, it might be perfect.

My daughter wore this for a cast party for The Nutcracker. She and her friends loved celebrating!
This dress was PERFECT for my 13-year old daughter. It is difficult these days to find something that seems "grown up" for her, without going too far with a too-tight, too-short fit that older girls seem to prefer. The size 0 she wore was perfect for her 110-pound, 5' 4" frame.

Perfect for my daughter's Christmas show performance.
I loved this little dress that we rented for my daughter's Christmas show performance. I was so happy to find something age-appropriate for a 12-year old, (5' 2"), and added just a curly pony tail and a red/pink ribbon in her hair. I only wish I had ordered a size 0, as it was a little baggy on top.

The dress was beautiful but a little "high maintenance."
I loved the look but hated the "high maintenance.". First, the neck line didn't always lay flat, and I had to tug at the length and sleeves to keep the front neck line from gaping. Next, there were two hanger straps that kept creeping out of the dress at the shoulders. Either I was tucking them in or someone standing near me was. It was annoying. If I owned this dress, I would have cut those out as you didn't really need them to keep the dress on the hanger. I was worried about the dress being too short, but it was perfect. Note: you need a strapless bra as the neck is cut wide.
