I ordered this for New Year's, and to be totally honest, it was the only sequined dress left in my sizes, so I went for it even though I was unsure about the pattern. I was really pleasantly surprised when it arrived. Super flashy, but the neckline/shape made it ever so slightly more modest. It has a decent stretch to it, so both the Medium and Large fit me (I wear an 8/10 typically). I went with the Large, because my plans included dinner and I wanted to be comfortable, but the Medium would have worked for a more bodycon style.

First - this dress is BEAUTIFUL. Other reviewers are right - the fabric is way more impressive in person than in photos. Unfortunately, the proportions of the dress were just too awkward for me. I'm super busty, but this dress was actually way too loose in the top and cut in awkwardly at the waist. I am usually a size 8, but even the size 12 (my two-size-up backup) was too uncomfortable to wear. It's SO pretty, but I opted to wear something more comfortable for my event.

I ordered an 8 and 10 (my usual size is a 6/8 but I read the reviews to size up). I went with the larger size because of how tight the bust was. Even though the dress looked good, the bust felt very tight and the shoulders felt very loose, like they were going to fall off. Fortunately, the shoulders are structured enough that they stayed up!
