It grew on me

Made me look pregnant
The way this hit, it made me look 4 months pregnant. I wore a 14 (I'm normally a 12) plus spanx, added on a jacket and only then I wasn't embarrassed about wearing it in public. I had to go for the camera angles to hide the belly

I wore this with a light sweater and some chunky boots for a Galentine's Tea. It balanced the right amount of fancy and casual. I felt comfortable wearing it and my friends ooohed and ahhhed over the skirt.

This one snuck up on me
I initially hated this sweater. It wasn't a cozy feel. I felt it gave me extra rolls that I didn't already have. And then I was running late and grabbed it off the top of a pile and wore it again. And then I needed something for a quick errand out with a friend. The sweater I hated I ended up wearing the most out of everything. I loved the bright color and it was warm. So very warm. I'm glad I gave it another try.

Part of the issue was my flight ran late so I did not have time to fully prep for the occasion, but the dress was shorter than I felt comfortable in. It was sparkly and fun but maybe for a different event.

Back up dress in a pinch
Rent the runway had sent me this as a backup dress when my original choice became damaged. They were kind enough to ask me to send them my five next options (and would even upgrade me). This was actually my third choice and coincidentally, the one closest to the initial price. It was a little too bubblegum pink for what I was looking for but it was cute and cheerful. The purple lining underneath was a little short so when I sat down it was dangerously close to exposing my lady bits, even though the lace overlay was a good length. The dress was also tight in the ribs so it became uncomfortable after a few hours. This dress wasn't great on my body type and if I wasn't careful, the empire waist made my tummy look pregnant.

Great colors for a wedding
The dress was great for a wedding, despite the unexpected chilly day. I received a few compliments on the dress, but towards the end of the evening, it began to bunch at the midsection creating a slightly unflattering look. The material was light but comfortable but the zipper felt cheap and hard to move. Not my favorite rental, but overall I was satisfied.

Cute dress but the ribbon was tight when sitting
I wore this to a bridal shower. I realized I looked a little too bride-y so I threw on a pink shirt and got compliments on my style. I wore the larger of the two sizes and the ribbon was tight when I sat (and I was wearing spanx). I wanted to wear this out all day but couldn't wait to get home to change. But it was a pretty dress.

Perfect birthday dress
I got so many compliments. When I posted this picture on Facebook, even while making a silly pose and face, I immediately got tons of likes. Everyone raved about the dress and it was so ridiculously comfortable. I honestly felt heartbroken about returning this dress.

I loved this dress. It was unique and stylish and earned me quite a few compliments
I hover between a 6 and an 8. The 6 would have zipped up, but it would not have been a fun evening. The 8 was comfortable and flattering. It's tight in the bust and flairs out at the hips. Busty girls need not apply. I threw on a pair of spanx though they weren't completely necessary. The dress flattering on pear shapes and was easy to sit, stand and dance in.
