Meh!
The sleeves were a bit of a nightmare. the tiers are separated and the bottom tier would not stay above the elbow. Additionally, the lining wode high, so it was very inappropriate for work (needless to say, I did not wear it!).

Great dress for work!
I am a size 8 to 10 depending on the designer. I ordered this in a 10 and it fit just fine. I did have to wear a cami underneath, otherwise, I would have been very inappropriately dressed for work. Additionally, I wore Spanx shorts and had I not, my legs, upper thighs would have been exposed every time I sat down! Received a lot of compliments.

LOVE this dress! I particularly like the hint of lace at the seam. Sexy, but classy for work.
