Lovely 💜
This jacket is such a beautiful and vibrant purple, I love it! The XS was nicely oversized without being gigantic and as a bonus the tag says it is made of recycled materials. It is not super warm or water resistant though, so better for cool in-between days instead of full-on winter.

Holds more than it appears
This is a great everyday crossbody bag; nice minimalist design and the perforations add a bit of interest and edge. At first I thought it was too small to be practical, but the square shape means it holds more than you would think. It does have holes, so obviously not very practical in the rain, and the one I rented did have a minor issue with the zipper getting stuck.

Not my fave Ganni
I am a huge Ganni fan but this top wasn't my favorite. It could have just been stretched out from past rentals but the fit was more baggy and less flattering than I expected. Fun colors and material though.

Versatile, but delicate fabric
Pros: This is a very season-less dress, easy to layer with tights and turtleneck in winter but could also look great with a jacket in spring or even by itself in warm weather. As a petite person I appreciated the adjustable straps. The fit is flowy but not too flowy, and the garnet color is beautiful. Cons: The silk material is extremely delicate and shows every single wrinkle, crease, drop of water, etc., so it likely would have to be cleaned and steamed often. I was seriously thinking about buying this but then not sure I want to deal with the dry cleaning bill (or environmental damage). Still a great rental though.

Versatile coat, works for petites
I'm petite and while the coat definitely ran longer on me than it did on the model (closer to knee length) a size 2 still fit well overall. The navy, yellow, and white plaid pattern is surprisingly versatile and pairs with all kinds of colors and even other patterns (hey, why not?). I ended up keeping this coat for a couple of months and wore it in various weather, from chilly New England fall into early winter. It's not warm enough for very cold, snowy days, though, especially since it doesn't button all the way to the top. Would absolutely rent again next season.

Surprisingly amazing
These jeans didn't catch my eye on the app, but when I tried them on in the RTR store I absolutely loved them. The fabric reminds me of a great pair of vintage jeans, soft and slightly distressed but still structured. And the two-tone denim is really unique and cool! I rolled them up because I'm short and like the cropped look, but they were not too long on me and would likely be ankle length or higher on a taller person. I'm usually a 26 or 27 waist and the 27 fit nicely.

Not your usual tote
Really enjoying carrying this statement bag to work! It's ingeniously made out of a paper-like, crinkly iridescent material with a clear plastic layer around it for protection, and very roomy, easily holding my 15" laptop plus a smaller purse (it does not have a laptop pocket but the inside is lined). If you're looking for understated and subtle, this bag isn't for you, since the material is extremely shiny and the Marc Jacobs logo is big and bold. But if you're willing to take a chance on it, be prepared to get lots of compliments :)

Elevated basic
Who doesn't have a little black skirt in their closet? This Tibi skirt stands out, though, because of the details in quality and design. The thick fabric, asymmetrical buttons, and (yay) pockets that can actually function all make it one step above the usual. I especially loved the length, which was just right on my petite frame, neither too short nor awkwardly long.

Leopard dreams
I loved this dress so much I bought it! Great movement in the skirt, nice quality lightweight fabric, flattering fit that is neither too tight not too big, and super versatile for both warmer and cooler weather (will definitely wear it with a cropped denim jacket and chunky boots).

Nice but very large
Love Sandy Liang's designs but they definitely run big in my experience. I am petite and was swimming in the XS... the sleeves especially are super long and not easy to roll up. Buttons were also very hard to fasten and unfasten though that could be because it was brand new. Great fleece with a cool and quirky design though, and would probably be more flattering on a larger and taller person.

Heat wave
Such a perfect dress for this summer's extremely hot weather! Lightweight, breathable, and chic. I sized down to a 0 for a slightly slimmer fit, but this is never going to be a form fitting dress. It's airy, but flattering. Length was fine on me but I am short, might be an issue for a taller person.

Go big or go home
These are solid, well-made shades for a bright summer day! They're pretty big and on the wide side, and I have a relatively small, oval face, but I actually liked the exaggerated effect. Very glam and definitely no glare hitting my eyeballs. Best of all, they don't feel too loose or slide down my face like some other brands. I don't think I would purchase these at this price point, but they were a fun rental to change up my usual assortment of sunnies.

Basically a tent
I was really intrigued by the innovative, edgy design of this dress. It's truly unique and I love that! The vintage-y fabric looked great in person too. Unfortunately, though, it just didn't work on my petite frame. The issue wasn't so much the length as the width: even the size 4 was cut like a tent, very wide and full across the body, so that when I put it on I looked like I was drowning in a giant dress. It was bizarre, but not in a good way.

Pretty dress, runs big on top
I'm petite and small-busted and unfortunately the XS of this dress was too big and baggy on top. I was able to wear it with a tank top underneath and a denim jacket over it, but there was still a lot of extra room in the bust and arm area so the fit wasn't ideal. Still, it's a pretty dress with lovely colors, light fabric, and a nice vintage-y look.

Statement bag
This beauty caught my eye at the RTR store in NYC and while I rented it for a night out, I ended up keeping it for a while to use as an everyday bag. The woven black and white pattern is edgy yet elegant and goes with almost everything, and the bag is large enough to hold the basics plus without overwhelming my small frame. Only caveat is that the bag has no closure, so loose objects could potentially tumble out. I solved this by putting a smaller purse inside.

Spring sunshine
I can't say that marigold yellow is a color I ever thought I'd wear, but after reading the rave reviews of this jacket I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did. It's boxy in fit but still flattering on my petite frame and the perfect weight for changeable spring weather. The color is rich and buttery and goes with a surprising amount of things (hello, Doc Martens). Definitely keeping this for a few more wears around town before I send it back!

Not great for petites
This seems like a nice quality and well-made jacket, but the fit and proportions just didn't work for me. The material was heavy and thicker than I was looking for, more wintry than spring. Although I rented an XS there seemed to be a lot of extra material that bunched up in the middle, which made my petite frame look bulky. The shoulders were too big as well.

Fierceness
Absolutely gorgeous sweater/sweatshirt with thick fabric, stunning tiger pattern, and beautiful cut. I've worn this with both high-waisted jeans and a dressier skirt and it looks great! The XS fits well through the body but be warned that the length is very cropped, even on me and I'm super short. The sleeves stop a few inches above the wrist as well, which I like, but might look odd on a person with longer arms.

Adorable jacket
This fuzzy coat is probably my favorite piece I've rented so far... so much so that I had to buy it! It's been perfect for chilly early spring weather and will no doubt be ideal for fall too. The cropped fit and shorter sleeve length of the XS are perfect for my petite size, the deep orange color is rich and stylish without being loud, and most importantly it's actually warm and cozy and comfortable. What more could you ask for?

Versatile jacket for layering
It was freezing cold and snowy when I rented this jacket, so I ended up layering it under a faux fur coat. I imagine it would work great as a stand-alone jacket in warmer weather though, and would totally rent it again! It's not flashy but the construction is beautiful and the fabric seems very high quality.

An unexpected staple
I ended up wearing this sweater way more than expected... it goes with everything from high-waisted jeans to vintage dresses! Nice quality and cut. The cropped length was perfect on me since I'm very petite. Only downsides: Sleeves were slightly long and fabric was just a little bit pilled from previous wear. Still loved it though.

Fun, trendy, practical
I prefer backpacks over totes and this one is a perfect blend of fun style and practicality. It's roomy enough to hold my essentials for a work day, but not bulky. Only thing to note is there is no laptop sleeve so may not be ideal for holding a laptop or tablet unless you have a separate case.
