I loved the design but it was a bit too tight around the waist and big everywhere else. If your have a bigger chest, you'll need to safety pin that area if you want to wear this for work (if you work in a conservative environment).

Way too small
This runs WAY too small, it's just not made for curvier women. I'm 5'7" and 160lb, I'm usually an 8, which is the size I got it fit fine around my legs and bum but it was just wayyyyyy too tight around my waistline, I couldn't button it but if I got a larger size, it would've been to big everywhere else

Super cute
Loveeeddd this skirt, so did everyone at work. I'm typically a 8 but got a 10 bc a lot of reviews said it ran small. The 10 was just a tad bit big for me but I tucked my shirt into the skirt and it still looked great--also ended being more comfortable. I was able to wear this a couple times with different colored tops

Wished they had more sizes available
One con of RTR is they don't enough sizes available for a lot of stuff. I'm 5'7" about 160lb and got the 8R bc they didn't have the 8L available. It fit perfectly except the length was ridiculously short, even with flats (which I wouldn't dare wear with this dress) it was way too short. Ended up having to rent another dress for my event.

Perfect fit
Absolutely loved this dress. Surprisingly comfortable, and perfect for the headshot I had to take for my job. I'm 5'7" about 160lb and the 8 fit perfect, not too tight but I wouldn't have gone smaller. I wore this with burgundy heels and it looked great.
