It fits true to size, and depending on whether you'd like it to hug your body, or if you would prefer a loose more comfortable feel, you can go both and size up as a backup. The length comes to about mid-thigh on me, being 5'7". I would wear a strappy heel or one with tassles, or even strappy sandals. In addition, adding some really fun accessories like a fedora or a beautiful earring/watch combination would definitely complete this look, and make you feel like a true fashionista!
