I am btwn a medium and large in skirts, but my waist is much narrower than my hips, so for a skirt like this that is high waisted, the large that I ordered was very baggy on my waist. Definitely should have gone with a medium for less of a frumpy look. I tied the sash as tight as I could, which helped, but a medium would've provided a more tailored/fitted look.

I'm consistently an 8 in dresses and bottoms and usually a medium in dresses and rompers. RTR recommended that I size up to an XL, which seemed excessive but I went with it. In hindsight it was a good call to size up, but the XL was too big. I think a L would have been perfect.

If you have a butt/hips, you'll be able to fit into these, but they'll be very very form fitting (like almost leggings level of form fitting). Inappropriate if you work somewhere more formal/traditional like I do.
