Felt too oversized

I think I am between sizes- I am normally a smallish medium and this medium was very tight on me. In fairness I have a broad back and am a 34 C. It is supposed to be form fitting but it felt a bit too fitted.

Darling dress
This dress fit great except for in the bodice which is really meant for someone who is smaller chested. Also I should have returned it for another because the pressing was off on the bodice and so the fit was a little weird.
