Working from home doesn't stop me from getting dressed up. Wore this Kate Spade to a Virtual surprise birthday party "at work". Colors are happy and make me smile. This is a small and it's about 2 inches too big in the waist & hips for me. I'm a Size 2 and was worried the XS would be too tight but probably not given how this shifted around on me. Found this at the RTR store and as I hadn't seen a photo of it, I had no idea what to do with the ties. The RTR staff crossed the ties and it made all the difference. The dress was boring until she fixed the ties. Got several compliments at work; have worn it a couple of times out and compliments each time. As a shift dress, it's forgiving and hangs well. I rented it in winter, but this dress can be worn multiple seasons. Easy to style up or down by changing shoes, jewelry or adding tights.

As soon as I opened the RTR bag and pulled this out I had to smile. There are rare pieces of clothing that have an immediate impact on your feelings and mood and this is one of them. Love love love this Kate Spade top. Fun and flouncy. Rented it for a Mexico beach vacation and it was perfect. Got compliments from my travel mates who couldn't believe it was a rental. It's a light weight cotton, very breezy so wear a bikini top or bra in case the wind blows. I wore it with shorts, this skirt and my jeans. The embroidery added a nice touch and didn't have to wear necklace as it added detail at the neckline. Will definitely rent to again come summer.

LOVE Love Love. I've worn this too many times to count - work, weekend errands, dinner with hubby, hanging out with friends, visiting family. This blouse is gorgeous - the colors and the pattern remind me of a peacock. I ordered a size 10 based on RTR fit recommendation and I could have sized down as the blouse was loose. The sleeves were much too long on me and I kept them up with my rubber band trick. This Carven top is well made cotton and while I rented this during summer, it can be wore for spring and fall/winter if you layer with a turtleneck or a sweater. It's a straight cut so I belted it to accentuate my waist. Liked it much better belted than just plain. I wore it with a short skirt to play off the length of the tunic.

This top is fun and flowy. I love the French Etoile pattern. The primness of the pattern is set off by the cropped cut and the striped cuffs. Picked this up at the RTR store when I was looking for vacation wear and this worked well with shorts, jeans and a skirt. Found this at the RTR store and thank goodness there where 3 different sizes to try on. Very well made, thicker material that lays well and will not blow up in the wind, this skirt runs small. I'm usually a 4 with 27 inch waist and sized up to an 8. I love the silver buttons giving the skirt a military flair. Worn here with a striped nautical t-shirt for the weekend. For work I dressed it up with a silky blouse that I tucked in to show off the waistline. This skirt would make a great staple piece - you can wear it with so many different tops. It may be too short for some, but for me, I like my skirts on the shorter side. Have fun renting this!

Found this at the RTR store and liked it because of the well made material and quirky ruffle at the hem. It's an A-line dress meant to hang, not cling and as the material is thicker and has shape, it draped well. I wore this a couple of times - once at work as seen in the photo, then work the weekend dressed down with a pair of black and white oxfords. Easy to wear and accessorize. I threw on a long tassel necklace but can also wear a shorter, more dramatic statement necklace. The dress has a checkered pattern which is small enough to work as a blank canvas for many different necklaces.

The first time I rented an Alexis dress I got a small and could not zip it up past my waist. This time I ordered a Medium and it fit perfectly. I'm petite, 5'4", 34c, 27 waist and it made happy to wear this dress. I love the lace details and the unexpected light green beneath the lace. The lining feel silky and luxurious. Love the fluttery flounces on this Tori Burch top. Not a designer I have worn before but found this at the RTR store and liked how the fabric felt - smooth, soft and silky which makes it hang well. Matches almost all my staple pants and skirts in my closet. While I wore it with skirt here and tucked it in, at work I wore it out, cinched with a belt over cream cropped pants. The flowers look black but they are outlined in blue and this top looked great dressed down in skinny jeans, tucked in. There's a bit of ruffle around the neckline so I didn't feel the need for a necklace. This top runs large. I tried the small on and was swimming in it. In usually wear a 2-4 and got the XS and it fit across my shoulders just right. This top would make a great addition to a wardrobe if you tend to wear a lot of black, white and cream.

Fits true to size but what a strange fit. The asymmetric cut hit waist at an awkward angle - too high. Maybe my torso was too short for this top? I'm 5'4" and petite. Had a blast wearing this asymmetrical shirt dress for work, weekend and vacation. Lightweight cotton made it breathable and cool to wear in 90 degree weather. Yes, it wrinkles and a slight gust will blow up the dress so I wore Nike shorts underneath. I'm 5'4 and the longest part of the hem was about 2-3 inches above my knee. The higher hem might be too much for others but I threw caution to the wind and wore this to work! No need to a lot of accessories with this, just a chunky watch, dangling earrings and a bracelet. A few folks thought I buttoned the dress up wrong to which I said to them "It's fashion baby!"

I picked this top up at the SF store and it's not typically something i would have liked from the photo as high collar tops seem too stuffy. It's beautiful in person - silky and feminine with a hint of frill at the collar and the sleeves. I wore a 4 and it fit fine in the shoulders & chest (34c) but the sleeves were too long. Not a problem though because I folded them up and they looked fine as you can see from the photo. Got compliments at work and during my lunch out. Plan on keeping this for awhile on my unlimited plan. Wore it with black jeans. I can also dress it up by with a nicer pair of black pants or even red. Then dress down even more with blue jeans. Since I tied it up in bow at the collar, I wore my hair up to show off the neckline detail as I love the small ruffle at the collar. Happy with the rental and am glad there's an SF store where I can experiment out of my usual zone.

I love the colors of this dress and the light cotton material which I thought would be perfect for a summer wedding. I'm a 34C with 27 inch waist and the size 2 fit fine except that I needed to have 2 more inches in my torso. I'm 5'4" and this dress is made for someone with a longer torso. My legs are long so the length of the skirt looked fine, just below my knees. I could see this looking really good on someone taller. You could get away with not wearing a bra because the way the top criss-crosses in the front acts like a bra and hold you in. I also wish the full flouncy skirt had pockets. I had to return this one without wearing.

These fit perfectly. Because they are culottes, I did not have to worry about the pants being too long. I'm 5'4 so on me, they looked more like flowy cropped pants. They are slit on the bottom which adds a bit of fun. What was disappointing was the material. It should have been lined in the waist area as I had to try on several pairs of underwear before I found a pair that could not be seen from the front. Must be worn with nude high waisted underwear. Also, I thought the pants were white but I think with all the dry cleaning this has been through, the pants are now cream or ecru. I've worn these a few times. For work I paired them with nude Stuart Weitzman heels as you can see in the photo; for play, I wore a striped black t-shirt and black wedge Vince sandals to dress it down. I love the length on my petite frame - I felt fun and flouncy. They made me want to kick up my heels.

I am in LOVE with this top. I was afraid that the bold pattern would be overwhelming on my small frame as I am petite, but it wasn't. While I rented for work, this top can be dressed up or down. I'm wearing it with Derek Lam pants that are also RTR and they paired nicely. I also wore it for out for dinner (twice - with different sets of friends) with blue jeans, then with a white denim skirt. I wear a size 2, am 5''4". As you can see, the dress fits! Rented as a fun dress to wear to work, and it can definitely be worn for evenings out. While adorable, I felt too much like Santa's little helper in the dress, especially when I first tried it on with black heels and then black boots. So I put my leopard print heels on and that made me look less like I was going to a holiday party in the middle of springtime. I am an apple shape so beware as this is a tight dress. Spanx were in order for me. Threw on a gold cuff bracelet and layered 2 delicate gold necklaces and felt ready to tackle the day.
