Not true to size
I am always a 12 and everything I have rented from RTR has been a 12 and has fit, but is skirt was too small and I couldn't wear it. I recommend a size up.

Beware of open top
I loved the look of this dress when I put it on for work, but the minute I sat down at my desk, the front flopped open. I had to work with my hand closing the top gap all day. I am a little bustier, so beware the top part opens up and is revealing.
