A bit scratchy and very long sleeves, but a good elevated basic top!

Sounds like a paper bag.
Don't wear with tights. The fabric doesn't mesh well with tights, and the skirt part will catch when you walk (awkward day walking around the office). Beautiful color and top part, but skirt piece is an interestingly thin fabric that doesn't lay well and wrinkles easily.
