I probably should've ordered a size up, but that's me not the dress. Because it was a bit too form fitting for work, I work a short-waisted black cardigan (dressy one, no buttons) with it and received many compliments. I choose sheer black tights and short gray boots. It's a bit longer, but for work it was perfect.

Great color!
Even if I had ordered a Small, it would have been too big as a blouse because of its boxy shape. I wore it as a jacket over a silk, sleeveless blouse and it looked great. The bell sleeves are larger than they appear in the photos and add a bit of style to this otherwise rather plain style.

Very comfortable and could be dressed up or down.
High waisted, flattering. The gold buttons on the sides give it a bit more heft; otherwise, the material is quite thin--more appropriate for spring or summer. I work it with a shorter sweater to work but needed 2+ inch heels because it's quite long.

Perfect for work.
The photo doesn't do the jacket justice. The colors are beautiful and it's a high quality. It is a bit boxy but very professional looking. I wore it with black pants, black shell, and a scarf. Received many compliments ... including comparisons to Chanel!
