Perfect dress
I wore this dress to a fall wedding at an art museum and it was perfect!! It was super fun and fit the vibes well. I have a small chest and was able to squeeze into the 4 (and didn't have to wear a bra, yay!) when I'm normally a 6-8. The skirt is warm because of the layers of fabric, so I wouldn't recommend this for hotter weather.

Didn't work for me
This is my second time trying a pair of Emmett pants (another was corduroy) and I have come to the conclusion that they don't work on my pear-shaped frame. Better for ladies with less butt and thighs, I'm afraid.

I have broad shoulders but couldn't figure out how to make the sleeves on this one work. It was a lovely dress, but I ultimately wore something different.

So warm
I live in CA and rented this to go to the east coast in December for a wedding. It was cold (30s) and this was definitely warm enough. It was great to travel with too because of how lightweight it was. I'd rent it again for future cold weather adventures!

Non-traditional Rehearsal Dinner Dress
I was tired of wearing white for wedding events, so rented this for my rehearsal dinner at a brewery. I absolutely loved it and got tons of compliments! The wrap worked well, the length was right for me, and it was flattering and comfortable. I wanted to buy it afterward!

Totally fine dress, but nothing special
I used my Pro Birthday credit to rent this dress for dinner out with my husband. It was super comfortable and flattering, and had some extra tummy room which was great after eating a huge meal. I was worried about the shoulder ruffles because I have broad shoulders, but they didn't give my a linebacker look. The dress ran long; I'm 5'9 and it hit at my ankles. The print was a bit brighter than I was expecting, making it feel more day-time than I had hoped. Overall, fine, but glad I didn't pay for it.

Perfect "compromise" dress for an afternoon semi-formal December wedding
I loved this dress. It was perfect for a black-tie optional December wedding in San Francisco. The ceremony started at 2:30 and San Francisco is notoriously casual, so I was hesitant to wear something more formal. This tea length dress was the perfect compromise (even on someone 5'9), and the thick fabric made it very appropriate for December. It definitely ran large, I'm almost always at 6 and glad I sized down and got the 4 as my backup. I wore sticky bra cups, and think anyone with a chest larger than a C would be uncomfortable; I had more cleavage than usual in this dress. The only drawback of this dress, which is common in strapless dresses, is that I had to pull it up a few times. However, it stayed put enough to dance and overall, this was more of a slight annoyance than deal-breaker. OH, and it had pockets. Need I say more?

I wore this for a rehearsal dinner. I'm 5'9 with a long torso, so the cut-outs were more pronounced than they would be on a shorter person, but it still fit me extremely well. It was flattering and comfortable!

Even the bride complimented me!
I was really looking forward to wearing this dress to a wedding and it didn't disappoint. I received compliments all night long - including multiple from the bride! The long length was perfect with 3inch heels. I have a small chest, so used a little dress tape to keep everything in place but probably didn't need it. The best part was the pockets! I didn't need to carry a purse, my phone and lipstick fit with room to spare. I felt absolutely gorgeous and wish I could own this dress.
