Torso too long!
I was so excited for this dress but the torso was too long. I could have done with a whole two inches taken out of the shoulders. Ultimately it’s a gorgeous dress and I got lots of compliments but the top looked a bit frumpy and was a tad uncomfortable because it was too loose. This dress didn’t snatch me like I thought it would.

Velvet Opulence!
Wore this to a western themed black tie gala. The dress is gorgeous and I would wear it again. Large would have been perfect but it wasn’t available so I got the XL and though it wasn’t as tight around the waist as I would have preferred, it worked just fine. Used fashion tape to keep the neckline closed (work event).

Stunning black sequin gown hugged in all the right places, was easy and comfortable to wear and the length was perfect. I was able to wear one inch heels and the dress didn’t drag the ground. Only complaint was that the back zipper was too long for my short frame and it bunched up in a few places but I would rent this dress again! I got the M as a backup size but there’s no way I could have gotten it on. I recommend sizing up for the backup.

Flattering silhouette and easy to wear
The dress was comfortable and easy to wear with a silhouette that was very flattering. The bottom swishes around when you move, which is fun. Love the cutout details at the neckline. Only complaint was the zipper. It wouldn't lay flat along my back. It made it look like I had a hump. Couldn't get it to lay flat. Weird issue to have. Wore for a work event.

Effortless Sophistication
This dress is comfortable, elegant and easy to wear. I wore this for a work gala and appreciated the modest neckline but sexy slit. I am 5'4" and this dress dragged the ground with my heels but it was manageable. As others have noted, the accent is more grey than white and not an exact version of the dress shown in the listing. Still a terrific rental!

Stunning Dress with Pockets
I would rent this dress again! Beautiful shiny floral print, romantic high-low hem, classic ball gown silhouette and large pockets. What's not to love? Perfect for the opera gala. Top has racerback cut, so I adjusted the straps on my bra to accommodate. I am a size 10, wore size 10 and the waist was too big. Wished I would have sized down and not up for my backup size. I am 5'4" and the hem was just off the ground when worn with heels. So easy to wear and comfortable!

Form Flattering Faux Fur
This coat has a single button at the waist and created a lovely hourglass shape. Despite being pictured and described as coming with a faux-fur collar the coat arrived with no fur. RTR ended up sending me a different brand coat that had an identical faux fur collar, which luckily fit this coat. I rented it for my wedding weekend. A great fall coat! I would have bought this coat if I could have. Highly recommend! I'm a solid size 10 but the 10 was too large.

Glamorous & Elegant
I rented this for an opera gala I attended. I could wear a regular bra with it, which was a big plus. It's conservative from the front but a relatively open back, which is really lovely. The sequins are gorgeous! Unlike another sequin dress I rented, this dress wasn't heavy and definitely accentuated my curves. I love how it flairs at the bottom and creates great movement. I went with the regular length and wore heels and it was perfect. The black lining hung a bit lower than the sequins at the front, which is my only complaint but certainly not noticeable to anyone but me. There were also a few clear strings hanging off of the dress from previous wear and tear, but they are clear and not noticeable to anyone but me. Definitely had a classic Hollywood glam feel to it, especially when paired with the faux black fur shawl I paired with it - also from RTR! I'm 5ft 6, 140lbs, with curves and the 10R dress fit perfectly. Wouldn't recommend flats.

I rented this to wear with a dress I rented from RTR (also pictured) for an opera gala I attended. I laughed when I first put it on because it was so over the top for my usual style, but I don't usually go to galas. I quickly fell in love with it, as you can see from the smirk on my face. I would definitely recommend it!

I am normally a size 12, but have lost weight recently so I opted for a size 10. It was looser around the waist than I expected, so I wish I could have tried on an 8. One reason women favorably review this dress is that it hides less-than-perfect areas of our bodies, but I found that this dress, which is thick and heavy with all the sequins, actually made me look wider and heavier than I am. I like to accentuate the smallest part of my waist and this dress did not do that. It was also lower-cut than I realized. I wore this to a work holiday party and I work at a pretty conservative place, so I opted to wear a black camisole underneath. If wearing to a New Year's eve party, I would flaunt the cleavage! It's a bit flashy for own comfort, but I really enjoyed wearing it and received lots of compliments. The length was great, you can't argue with the pockets, and I didn't experience any under-arm chaffing from the sequins. I would rent this dress again for NYE.

This necklace has an adjustable length, which is great for matching it to various necklines. The necklace was in great condition. It's chic, stylish, and elegant. Unfortunately, I rented this to go with a RTR dress that was unavailable to ship at the last minute and I was unable to wear the necklace for my event as it did not match the dress I had to wear at the last minute.

Beautiful, but too large in top
I am a true size 12, but this dress was too large in the chest and shoulders. If it had fit snug around the top, my bra straps would not have been visible. It was also too long, even with heels. Too bad the fit wasn't great, as it was a beautiful dress.

Beautiful, comfortable dress for a Fall wedding in the mountains
The dress fit true to size, but the waist was not at fitted as I wanted. The length of the dress and the sleeves were perfect. The lace sleeves didn't scratch, which was great. I would definitely wear the dress again. Despite the waist being a little loose, I think wearing one size down would have made the dress too small. I was unable to order it in a size 10, because it was unavailable when I needed it, so I can't be sure that a 10 wouldn't have worked. I am a true size 12.
