Just baggy
Technically the right size but so baggy and don't do anything for your figure.

Debating buying
I loved this dress. Wore to a legal summit. It was on the line of too short for work but because the top portion is so modest I think it was okay. Received many compliments from men and women! Sizing wise, it is a bit big in the waist but if I would have sized down it would've been way too short.

Just okay, skirt wrinkled easily
This ran TTS. It worked out okay for a legal summit I attended but I won't rent again. It wrinkled easily across the lap when I sat, and the matching top was a little more croppped than I would have liked and showed my bra straps if I wasn't adjusting.

More cropped than desired and showed bra straps
This runs TTS and overall worked out for a legal summit I attended. However, the top is more cropped than I wanted and slightly showed my bra straps if I wasn't adjusting. The skirt also wrinkled across the lap when I sat, which was not my fave. Worked this time but wouldn't rent again.

Amazing dress
I wore this dress maybe 5 times. It is a longer length so I could wear it to church, work, and even on date nights. I love dresses like this! I usually wear a size 4/6 or s/m and the S fit perfectly!

Way too baggy
I would say I have an hourglass or pear figure. Even with a booty and thighs these jeans are just huge. They fit waist and length but I did not wear because they were so unflattering.

I almost purchased this coat. It is incredibly warm. I am 5'6" size 4 and rented a small and the arms were a little short, which was the only thing that kept me from purchasing. They were fine with my arms down but if I reached out to grab something the sleeves would ride up too short.

Stretch out at knees
I could only wear once because they stretched out so much at the knees over the course of one day. Also, they were a very baggy fit and made me look bigger than I am.

This dress epitomizes why I use rent the runway. Such a fun dress to wear to the office but is too trendy to purchase. I wear a size 4 but am always a medium in this brand and the medium worked well here too.

Runs big!
I usually wear S/M tops or size 4/6. I got this in size "2" and could have fit 3 of me inside. It is supposed to be oversized but I would recommend sizing down anyway. Beautiful piping and button details.

So fun and great for skiing
I am usually a size 4 and S/M, but in this brand always a M. It was a perfect fit and great for skiing this January in Colorado. My only regret was that the matching pants weren't available to rent. This puffer has several large pockets and got 16 compliments in 2 days of skiing.

Fit fine but stretched at the knees over the course of the day so I was unable to rewear a second day. Also a little tight on thighs for wide leg jeans.

Surprisingly soft!
Sometimes I will rent random items that end up surprising me as my favorites and this was one. I am still debating purchasing it. I generally wear small and was glad I happened to get the medium because it fit like a small. It is so soft and has a unique woven texture. Recommend!

I loved this top. I wore it to a line dancing lesson with friends. I have a small chest now and was a bit worried about the top gapping if I leaned forward but I didn’t have a problem. Really loved this piece and it inspired me to rent more selkie in the future! Lots of compliments.

I wore this dress 2 months pp to a black tie optional wedding and it was one of the best rentals I've ever ordered! It is the most beautiful, bright, cobalt blue. The material is thick and stretchy, almost like a scuba material, but nicer. There is no zipper so you just pull it on. Prepregnancy I was usually a size 4 but now I'm not sure what size I am- 6 or 8? I saw a review that said they got the 38 and the 42 and that both fit and I agree! Anyone could make multiple sizes work. LOVED!

Small chest
I rented this in size 4, my usual size in this brand and in general, for everyday. Because of my bust, I have to have to wear supportive bras. With a strapless bra on under this dress it looked like a medieval corset situation... it was so tight across the chest. If you need to wear a supportive bra, I recommend you size up a size. Otherwise it was so cute. I wanted to love it but the fit didn't work for me.

Great work dress!
I wore this for full body work photos where I had to wear all black. Really, i rented 7 black dresses and this one was the winner. I loved this dress because it has thick, but somewhat stretchy material, so it is not see through at all. It also covers arms and hit below the knee on me (I'm 5'6 1/2") so it was more modest for my professional photos. Would rent again! Also, it's hard to walk unless you slightly unzip the slit, but that didn't bother me.

Gorgeous cut, tight boning in bodice
The cut and fabric quality on this dress is first class. I didn't know whether the dress would be pink or white in the background and it is a very pale, dusty blush. I only subtracted a star because I wore this for a cheese tasting for vday and grew so full - I was miserable in it after eating so much. The boning is great for being supportive for a larger chest but can make you uncomfortable when full. I changed out of it right after the cheese tasting.

Size down. Beautiful, comfy, twirly dress!
I am usually a size 4 (5'6", about 140lbs) and this was severely gapping on top. I went w the 4 to accommodate my bust but it was way too big. Next time I'll rent a 2. Other than that, I had a wonderful time wearing this dress wine tasting in napa and received dozens of compliments. It was cool and breezy, perfect for the hot day up there. Love!!!

Gorgeous, unique dress with an underrated, detailed sleeve!
Will rent again! I wore this to get my marriage license because I knew we'd be taking pictures at some point. This dress is snug on bottom, but it's also quite short so getting too hot isn't much of an issue. The most underrated part of this dress, and the primary reason I would rent again is the sleeve and cuff. The detail is exquisite and it has a custom button. One of those that looking at the sleeve alone you can tell how well made it is/it looks expensive. I'm usually a size 4 and got S!

Why doesn't everyone rent this veil?! Perfect something old/borrowed!
The bridal salon where I got my wedding dress sold something that to me looked identical - same plain ivory tule without any additional lace or details - at $600. Rather than pay that price for something I will only wear once, I chose to rent this from RTR as a part of my unlimited membership. There were no rips or stains, and it appeared to arrive in perfect condition, other than that we did need to steam it so the wrinkles would come out. It was long and beautiful! I would 10/10 recommend!

Thick fabric you can't see through!
At last, the perfect Rehearsal Dinner dress! I have small hips, which sometimes means extra fabric there, but not here! The way the fabric is pulled across the stomach hides bloat. The type of fabric/sophisticated cut allow you to wear this to a casual or cocktail event. I have a full bust and 99% of the time must wear a bra but this fabric is so thick & taut I don't need to. I fear that if I wore a bra, it would make a lumpy bra-line visible through the back of the dress, bc the dress is tight.

Very fitted.
I'm all for form-fitting dresses, but this dress's construction is tight, the fabric does not stretch much and is not forgiving, so you basically can't eat any big meals before or while wearing it. One odd thing is that, like other reviewers noticed, the neckline of this dress kept folding over throughout the night, revealing about a 1/2 inch of the inside of the dress, including the silicon lining right there that's intended to hold the dress in place. I saw reviews that warned of this but ignored them since I am busty I didn't think it would be an issue. It was still an issue. Would not rent again for that reason.

Best thing I've rented on RTR!
This necklace is elegant and funky at the same time. It yielded compliments from every kind of person at this wedding. One woman even asked to try it on! (I let her!) It matched perfectly with my plain, dusty rose/pink tube dress. An excellent summer wedding selection. Also I may buy this tbh.

This dress is gorgeous. It has thick red fabric that hugs your body. To that end, it was actually a lot more form-fitting than I'd anticipated--particularly in the bust, beneath the overhanging sleeve fabric. I am kicking myself for forgetting to take ANY pictures in it (besides this dressing room selfie). Worn to a rehearsal dinner and a great choice because it is flattering, yet appropriate for parents/family.

Surprisingly showstopping dress!
This rental was a last-minute, in-store selection made in minimal time. I wore it to my a bridal shower. All of the ladies LOVED the color, fabric, design, and it's twirl-y-ness. Endless compliments. My favorite part about this dress was it was so comfortable and airy, which was perfect for the hot summer event.
