Chic and flattering! Hides problem areas like a pro.
I am carrying an extra 15 lbs (post baby) on my hips and upper arms. This dress hides it all, beautifully. I wore it to a family wedding that I attended WITH my toddler children. They were spilling water on me all night long but the sequins hid it completely! I got a ton of compliments on the dress and felt beautiful. This runs larger than most designer brands. (My hips don't let me into a 6 all that often anymore). Other pear-shaped, short-waisted women will fit into this dress beautifully. Only con is that it got a little hot on the dance floor.

Beautiful but didn't work for me.
I have another Milly dress in a size 6 that fits just right, unfortunately, this one did not. It was ill-fitting on top and bottom. It will work beautifully for someone with a long torso and narrow hips (I have neither).
