Cute but a little awkward
Agree with other reviewers, there is an elastic waistband that is a little awkward. it wasn't tight enough to go around my waist so it just turned into an awkward dropwaist dress. It probably would look better as a dress with the band actually at waist/high waist level. Similar to another Equipment dress I got, I think the sleeves are a little tight at the armpits and makes it difficult to move (which may also explain why there was a rip on the garment on one of the arms there).

I did not end up wearing this dress. I'm not familiary with Theory sizng, but felt like a smaller size 12, or just quite fitted. At 5' 4 1/2", ended up hitting slightly above the knee that felt a little matronly.

Work staple, with small pops of color.
Just noting that this "runs small" compared to J.Crew/Madewell type sizing. So as a size 10/M, with a larger bust, size 12 fit perfectly. This seems to be standard for how Rebecca Taylor fits - so it's true to size for its brand. Great lined piece for work.

Super cute, and lined dress.
Unfortunately, as a larger busted woman, 34DD, I could not get the dress on due to the cut of the dress. It's just a pull over the head type dress without zippers or a stretchier waistband to allow for give.
