I ordered this dress along with another style (Midnight Gown) for a formal ball. I really liked both and it was a close call, but I ended up wearing the other style. I would rent this one again though. It was TTS and the thick material is flattering. You can't wear a normal bra because of the mesh back, so you can either wear a stick on/silicone bra, or nothing (the material is thick enough that this may work for some people). I saw some reviews that had a problem with the mesh back wrinkling up. I think this is only a problem if you size up too much and so there is too much material. This was not a problem for me. At 5'55, the regular length was just right for me with mid size (3 in) heels.

I had two formal events in one weekend and ordered various dresses to try. I ended up wearing this one to both events because I liked it so much. It was very figure hugging but in a flattering way. I am 5'55 and the regular length was perfect with mid size (3 in?) heels. You can wear a normal strapless bra and the material is thick enough that you can't really see bra lines etc. Even though the dress isn't super stretchy, I thought it was TTS, had no problems getting it over my hips/butt, and had enough room to be comfortable all night.

This was my backup dress and I didn't end up wearing it. It fit fine but wasn't really my style as much as the other dress I rented. It really accentuates your curves (particularly hips), and the ruching around the stomach is forgiving. It is also a thick, very stretchy material (there is no zipper you just pull it over your head). I felt like I probably could have gone down a size as there was so much stretch and a little extra material, but not noticeably so.

The dress was beautiful and true to size but it wasn't in great condition - there were sequins falling off and it had been ripped by a previous user then sewn back together which wasn't very noticeable but the hem didn't sit completely right because of that. I called RTR and they said they would send another one to me, but by the time it got there I had already left for the event.

I rented both a 6 and an 8 since I usually wear a 6 but read the reviews and saw that it ran small. I actually didn't find this; the 6 was perfect...the 8 did also fit, it was just a little less flattering. The 6 was tightest at the ribs/chest.. so if you are bigger there then you may want to go up a size. Overall, I was very happy with my rental; the dress was beautiful and very comfortable and the service was great. I even missed the courier and they had it redelivered within 30 mins without any problem.
