Low cut!
It runs true to size but on the smaller end. I'm usually between extra small and a small and this just fit. Wrinkles easily. Very low cut, I had it pinned or I couldn't have worn it.

True the reviews the arm openings are small. The dress was not too forgiving and wasn't very comfortable but I do think it was beautiful!
