The small and medium didn’t have much difference between them. With both dresses the top part drooped a little; maybe I needed an XS to have the straps be more snug and hold up the front of the dress better but it was comfy and looked fine I think. Pretty muted colors, nice length. I would rent again, maybe switch out XS for my backup instead of sizing up.

I wasn’t sure how to dress for the event, so I went with this dress because the material looked nice and rich, the color suitable for formal or less formal, and I thought the v neck would be flattering without being too flashy. I was correct in all of those things! The straps were a bit long, so it didn’t give me any lift at 34a/b, and that was with a strapless bra though it’s definitely a thick enough dress to go without if fit allows. I read another review that said smaller sizes should rent a size smaller for their backup and I went against that. I was wrong haha I think the size 2 would have been perfect for me, though the 4 definitely worked. For the price, this dress is a total steal. You can’t find a formal dress for that price and quality in stores!

This dress was a hit from the start because I could wear the smaller size of the two - instant win! haha I also found throughout the night — with a toddler attending with us who loved playing in the sand and dancing and being cray cray — that the dress actually stretches a lot to allow bending and dancing. Maybe the little opening helps! BUT the only downfall to the dress for me was actually the small cutout opening as I had to keep checking that my bra wasn’t showing at the top and couldn’t wear the bra I planned to wear. Honestly maybe going braless would be a better option if you can. Size-wise, I found the XS to be a better fit everywhere except maybe the thighs as it crinkled a bit there, but the Small fit well also but a bit looser. I love when both dresses Could work, such a relief :)

I rented this for my baby shower and loved it! I'm usually a size 2 or 4, but at 33 weeks pregnant (up about 30 pounds from my usual weight) I ordered a size 6. The 6 fit well but I'm guessing I could've done a 4 to have maybe a slightly more fitted look and shorter length. No bra was needed which was amazing, I just used the petal sticker things! I decided to add a belt at the waist to define the bump a bit more, and definitely like the pictures where I'm holding the bottom of the bump more than when the dress hung loosely so something for mommas-to-be to keep in mind! The blue and pink print would be especially cute for a pregnancy where they aren't finding out the gender, or even for a gender reveal party/pictures!

I had seen other reviews of pregnant women renting this dress so I decided to give it a try for my baby shower as it was blush pink themed so would match perfectly! Unfortunately, I think due to the fit of the dress and size of my bump at 33 weeks, it just didn't work. It zipped, but the chest area bulged out (and since the lace sides and back are see-through you couldn't just wear a padded bra) and then if I tried to pull the top up higher, then the back would rise up in places. Beautiful dress though -- would be ideal for second trimester bumps to accentuate it with the bow and folds but then you wouldn't need to size up much. I am usually a 2 or 4 and the 10 is what I tried here (8 wouldn't zip!) to give reference. Will have to remember for any early pregnancy events should there be a next time :)

Ahhh favorite dress I've rented by far! This dress is everything. It's classy and flattering, but still so fun and versatile! Could definitely be dressed up a bit more than I did. I usually wear a 2 from RTR but I could barely get the 2 over my hips (and I wouldn't say I'm that hip-ey usually!) let alone attempt to sit comfortably in it, but the 4 gave a bit more wiggle room. The black bottom is SNUG fitting for sure, kind of hinders dancing a bit but was totally worth it because I loved the top so much. I wore a regular strapless bra (one I tried sat too high and showed at the armpit but another worked) and black pumps. The cut out can be hidden entirely by pulling the bottom up and I found that was best while sitting (unless you have great posture!) Will most definitely rent again!!

I rented this for my husband's work holiday party as I'll probably never decide to buy a green dress of my own, but wanted to switch it up! The green is a bit deeper in person which I thought was great, the back detailing gives it a little something extra and I thought the shape of the dress was pretty much true to size. The small worked better for me for the occasion length-wise, as well as not quite as snug as the extra small so I could actually eat and drink! I wore a normal bra AnD regular panties too. I had two people check if they could see a panty line -- nope! The material is thick enough, fortunately :) The only potential downfall would be that it's a fairly simple, plain dress but for my occasion that worked!

I rented this to go with the Gigi dress for my husband's work holiday party. The way it laid maybe isn't perfect with the neckline, but I still loved this necklace! It looks like great quality and while the chains did flip a bit, it wasn't unmanageable throughout the night. I paired it the next day for brunch with a plaid shirt and jeans. It might have been a bit much in terms of the sparkle and size for the morning time, but I wanted to get another use out of it before returning! May rent again when I know I have a busy week of nights out :)

The bride asked all of the bridesmaids to choose a gold necklace that reflected our personality. I don't usually wear gold so I was counting on RTR to help me out, and they did! The price was great, and the necklace was so pretty! I did need to wear it linked to one of the chain pieces and not the actual clasp to get the length I wanted, but had no trouble with this. It laid flat the whole night and wasn't heavy, and I don't usually wear big necklaces.

I loved the color and gold details on this dress -- it was perfect for an outdoor summer wedding!! Fit wise, though, it seemed a bit off for my body. I don't have a large chest and the inseam running down both sides of the front kind of made my chest look pointy? Not sure how else to describe. It also fit looser on the bottom than I would've liked -- and more than other reviewers pictures seem to show. Maybe I just don't have much of a booty or hips either! :-P The only other trouble I had was that the dresses both arrived wrinkled. It was my first time receiving the zipped dress bag rather than a box; so I'm not sure if that caused it, but something to be aware of that your dress may arrive that way! For styling, the gold detail is easy to tie in with earrings and for shoes I tried the look with heels and more casual with wedges, both worked I think!

I rented this Gorgeous necklace to add some sparkle for a NYE Wedding I attended and couldn't be happier with the choice! I actually decided my dress based on needing something that would work with this necklace :) It was definitely a statement piece, but not overbearing or heavy to wear. Even my husband originally wasn't a fan when I tried it with just a black top the second it arrived, but when it's dressed up with the right items (in my case, the Kate Spade Tanner dress and nude heels) he loved it as well! This dress was beautiful and very flattering for a small busy lady like myself! Put on your best push up bra and you're good to go! It did seem a little snug in the waist/ribs but I always have that issue come up -- I have larger ribs I guess?! There was also some oddness to the slip part of the dress. It didn't seem to lay quite right and when I sat down it showed a lot of leg at first before I could adjust. But overall, it made me feel great and was so pretty; I'd definitely wear it again!
