I got this dress for a NYE Wedding and was obsessed! The fabric is really rich, beautiful, and detailed, but the dress still flows very well, is comfortable, and it isn't too heavy. In terms of sizing, I'm normally a solid 4, but the 2 fit very well and felt slimming. Even though the bust is low cut, the fabric across the bust makes the dress appropriate for a wedding or more formal event. The fabric across the bust was just dark/dense enough that it provided some coverage, but still allowed me to feel as though I was showing the right amount of cleavage. No bra was needed as the dress provides a great amount of coverage. Can't say enough good things about the dress - it was perfect for my event and a great dress overall! Plus, the dress has pockets - you can't go wrong!
